After working for years with dodgy lettings agencies, and then managing our own 15 properties by ourselves, we have created our own letting and management agency:

• We carry out effective marketing on your property (our target is to find tenants within 3 weeks)
• We will help you to find a reliable tenant, with thorough credit and reference checking
• We have a policy of clear communication to both tenant and landlord
• We will take charge of any problems in your property and resolve them quickly and efficiently
• We work within the Scottish property laws to ensure that we are always up to date with any changes.
• We don't overload our agents with work (they have responsibility and ownership for managing a maximum of 25 properties each)
• We have built up a good working relationship with a number of trustworthy and reliable tradesmen.
